The GAINZ GANG is a collection of 10,000 NFTs each represented by a unique digital artwork. The project has been developed to help launch the RISE N GRIND COFFEE CO. By investing in the project and owning one of our NFTs you are being inducted into an exclusive community. Your NFT serves as proof of membership and entitles you to all the benefits that membership confers.
The digital artwork associated with every NFT has been randomly generated, derived from over 200 unique digital assets created by the Dev Team. Rarity and distribution of traits is variable. There are also sets and sets within sets randomly distributed throughout the entirety of the collection that may be used as the basis for additional prizes, puzzles, contests, and benefits for members in the future beyond the initial roadmap.
Ownership of your GAINZ GANG NFT serves as title to and license for commercial usage over its uniquely associated digital artwork. The Dev Team only reserves the right to also use the likeness of any NFT within the collection for marketing purposes to the benefit of the entire community.
Your GAINZ GANG NFT serves as your passport into our members only gated community areas. It also allows you to collect giveaways & prizes. You’ll gain access to discounts & other exclusive perks. You will also have the opportunity to stake your NFT to earn $GRINDZ and earn a share of the royalties generated by the trading of the entire collection.
Most importantly, you get to participate in a great social experiment in corporate governance. One that hopes to set the example for a model of compromise between corporate profits and employee compensation that might just prevent the collapse of Western Civilization.
The GAINZ GANG NFT Dev Team is committed to a fair, transparent, and equitable distribution in establishing our community. Whitelist spots will be offered periodically to reward those who have been active in helping to build the community through engagement but the mint price will be the same for everyone.
The success of the project and growth of this community is dependent upon meeting specific fundraising goals to activate every step of the roadmap. The initial price at mint will be set to approximately $225 equivalent of ETH. TBD as the mint date approaches.
The first 100 GAINZ GANG NFTs will be pre-minted by the Dev Team and reserved for prizes, giveaways, contests, marketing, and to serve as their own avatars. These first 100 will be programatically excluded from minting as any of the 7 LEGENDARY status NFTs.
