LEGENDARY STATUS

7 Legendary NFTs will be minted in this collection. Each legendary NFT entitles the holder to a unique benefit. This benefit is transferable upon sale. Legendary NFTs will be randomly distributed at mint. Unlocks when the collection is 100% sold.

ROYALTY DISTRIBUTION

100% of the royalties generated from trading the collection will be reinvested into the project and divided equally between 3 funds: $Grindz Tokens, Employee Bonus Fund, Brand Expansion. Unlocks when the collection is 100% sold.

$GRINDZ TOKEN

One third of the ETH royalties generated from every NFT trade will immediately be sold to cash. An equivalent amount of $Grindz will then be issued – each valued at $1. $Grindz tokens will be equally distributed to all NFT stakers. Spend your $Grindz at RNG for products & merchandise online or at any physical location. $Grindz will also be tradeable on the open market. Unlocks when the collection is 100% sold.

EMPLOYEE BONUS FUND

$250K from initial mint sales will provide initial funding for the EBF. Unlocks when the collection is 75% sold. In addition, once the collection is 100% sold out, one third of all trade royalties will drop directly into the account. To ensure its longevity and viability, RISE N GRIND will commit to funding the EBF with a percentage of net corporate profits. Every month, a random NFT holder will be chosen to claim a box of RISE N GRIND merchandise delivered to their door. Boxes will include apparel, fresh ground coffee, gift certificates, accessories and more. Monthly Giveaways unlock when the collection is 50% sold.
